I’m Sheila Jordan, M.Ed

I am a certified coach specializing in the areas of parenting, grief and loss, and health & wellness. With empathy and compassionate guidance, I empower my clients to navigate the challenges and overwhelm that come with so many of life’s transitions.

I offer a highly customized framework in which anyone who has experienced a loss and is grieving or who is struggling in their role as a parent learn to reconnect with their authentic selves so that they in turn can build a stronger connection with those closest to them.

My mission is to help others discover and harness their innate strength to journey through life in a way that helps them feel less alone, supported in an authentic way, and empowered to recreate the kind of life they truly desire.

To feel at our best, I wholeheartedly believe we need to address our mental, emotional, and physical health so that we can do the same for those we love.

As your coach, I see you as an individual with needs that go beyond the ordinary. There is a great deal of complexity in all that you might desire to feel your best. Because life is so complex, I often combine my grief coaching and parent coaching with targeted health coaching. In doing so, I can help you discover improved mental, emotional and physical health with the guidance and support you seek.
