How does my Parent Coaching help?

I provide individualized support, guidance, and resources to create positive change.

I help you set goals and values by discussing topics you may not have thought of before in your parenting journey.

I focus on YOUR needs to
empower you and help build your strength as a parent.

My primary goal as a parent coach is to offer a safe, non-judgmental space for parents to fully dive into what they need most on a mental, emotional and physical level that allows them to build upon their strengths as the expert of their child.

My parent coaching is relationship-focused. I seek to reach parents who are eager to make a meaningful, lasting change in their parenting and in their own health and wellness. Parents are seen and heard in a caring, genuine way throughout my program as I guide them to use their strengths while reframing the areas they wish to improve. I like to succinctly describe it as “parent-focused behavioral solutions for whole family health.”

My coaching program will help you:

  • Establish critical trust between yourself and your child

  • Ensure that your child feels safe, secure and cared for on a core level

  • Release your mind from unconscious limiting beliefs

  • Develop a more relaxed, calm and centered parenting style

  • Model healthy relationships for your child through enhancing and healing your relationship with yourself

When we chat in your complimentary 30-minute session, we’ll discuss your current family situation, identify your most important needs, and explore how I can help you toward better understanding and change. I will explain my approach to coaching, but remember that YOU are the expert of your child, and I am here to facilitate what you feel is best for you and your child.


How This Program Works:

8 Week Engagement

Weeks 1 and 2:

We’ll explore the types of stress you are under both as an individual and as a parent, and how it affects your mental, emotional and physical health. We’ll dive deep into the strategies that bring you in closer alignment with what you truly value for yourself and for your family. We will prioritize your need without any guilt - YOU are the most valuable asset that your child has!

We dive into the lessons from Attachment Theory, Emotional Intelligence and Mindsight to help develop self-understanding and compassion.

Weeks 3 and 4:

Weeks 5 and 6:

We’ll explore your internal and external triggers and discover how your ability to regulate your own emotions through understanding of your childhood can directly affect how you parent your child today. You’l learn emotional regulation skills for yourself and your child to enrich your relationship in lasting ways.

Weeks 7 and 8:

In our final weeks, we will dive into Emotional Intelligence and how to cultivate it to enrich your relationship to your child. We will explore aggression and non-violent communication and the P.E.A.C.E process to round out our time together.
